Hello everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update about the auction Mission we are planning on Tuesday. we have currently raised funds to save five horses. I have multiple horse trailers lined up to go to this event and we can safely transport more than 20 horses back to our shelter if we have funds to purchase them. I’m asking that you please consider making a donation to this rescue mission. I know it must feel like I ask for funds a lot, but if you were in my shoes and saw how many horses are in desperate need, you would be asking for help to save them too. When you look into the eyes of a horse at an auction you see confusion and bewilderment, It is always heartbreaking knowing how easily they could slip into the slaughter pipeline but for now they have a chance and you are there only hope.
Even $5 donated can make a huge difference if everyone on our mailing list donated $5, we could responsibly rescue and care for 30 horses from this upcoming auction. Every dollar helps and it all adds up.
