We would like to tell you more about the horses rescued at the last auction. We are so thankful that we were able to rescue these horses and give them the shelter, care and love they so desperately needed.
Comet had liver failure and started having seizures shortly after arriving. The Last Act of Kindness was the only humane option for him.
Rusty is a gaited horse, and is nicely trained to ride. He seems to be off a little bit in his hind, we’re not sure if it’s just his gait or not. We will be having our vet check him out.
Sugar is a sweet mare who loves attention. She is trained to ride, but must have always been used in a hackamore as she doesn’t know what the bit is.
Radar is a recently gelded stallion who is trained to ride. He has a great personality, but needs some time to mellow out and settle down. He is very beautiful!
Avatar is a very beautiful boy with an unusual color. He is trained to ride and is overall a good boy. He is very flashy with his distinct coloring too!
Venus is a bay mare, sorry her photo is not good, we will be getting better photos in future blogs. She is trained to ride and is very pretty.
Boots is still being evaluated. He is a little bit shy, and Kirsty will be evaluating to see what he knows.
Rosy is a young mare who is also waiting to be evaluated. She is Boots best friend and they love to hang out together.
Selena is an Azteca mare who is trained to ride. She is very sweet and pretty too.
