Y’all did it! All the needed funds have been raised for Cisco’s rescue and care. I just wanted to thank y’all so much for your support, without you Cisco’s future would have been very uncertain. So many horses posted on Craigslist end up being shipped to slaughter. Thanks to you Cisco is safe and now has a bright future ahead of him!
He is settling in nicely at our California Shelter, he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. He is going to get lots of love, attention and yummy food.
Melissa, our California Shelter Manager, wrote a short note of thanks she wanted me to share with you: “We are all born with the ability to change a life. Today you all changed the life of Cisco, an unhandled mustang, for the better. With your generous donations we can now provide him with a vet, farrier and a trainer to make him adoptable. We can not thank you enough for Cisco’s life changing gift. You are the true Heroes.”
