Thursday Tuck was surrendered at our shelter. He is a cute 7 year old pony.
He was led to his waiting stall. He was wide eyed looking around at all the new horses and other sights.
He has some lameness issues that prevent him from being ridden, but he will make an excellent pasture pet or lawn mower. He is looking for a new home, maybe yours?
Cloud, from Animal Control, is doing well waiting to be checked out by the vet.
As you can see he has what looks like melanoma cancer. We will be having the vet confirm this as soon as possible. Cancer is so sad and terrible to humans and animals alike. If you would like to see the unedited picture you can click the picture.
During the storms we opened up the mare motel where horses can go into the breezeway and the gates on the outside of the stalls opened up so horses can go in and out as they please. We are so thankful to have this beautiful barn and facility.
