Our Auction Rescue Team is at the auction right now and there are a lot of sad, skinny horses. The winter has not been easy on these horses, and we want to do what we can to save them from the horrors of the slaughter pipeline. There are about 75 horses here tonight, and with your support, we can save a lot of them. Some of them may be too far gone to make it, there is one mare with a horrible hernia bulging below her stomach, but for those that cannot be rehabilitated, our veterinarian will make the sad and difficult decision to give them the Last Act of Kindness. Our goal with every horse we rescue is to give them love, compassion, sheltering, and find them a new home. Won’t you please consider making a donation right now?
