New Rescues Arrive
Forest and another horse were surrendered after their family fell on hard times. Thanks to our open door shelter program, both are now safe and beginning their journey toward new homes.
Love Is in the Air (Literally!)
Shelter life isn’t all work, sometimes there’s a little romance too! This week came with an unexpected announcement: two team members got engaged. Between barn chores, horse rescues, and a whole lot of laughter, the ring made its debut. Proof that even in rescue work, joy finds a way.
Organizing the Ranch, One Number at a Time
From organizing stalls and pens to keep our growing ranch running smoothly, to grooming winter coats with much-needed detangler (thank you, Amazon Wish List supporters!), the team has been busy.
We celebrated Sarah’s three years of dedication, cheered on Cassie’s big training progress and supported Copper as he traveled to an adoption partner for the next step in his rehab.
Our newest auction rescues received thorough vet checks, and despite cold-weather sniffles, the team stayed vigilant. We’re grateful for every hand, every helper, and every moment of progress.
