Tonight we were able to rescue 21 amazing horses. We couldn’t have done this without your support, thank you so much! Some of the horses we rescued are in extremely critical condition. One horse we rescued is all skinned up, the auctioneer said it fell out of a moving trailer. Two of them have very nasty leg injuries and one has what the auctioneer called a ruptured belly. Tawnee did a short video of the ruptured stomach horse, we’re not sure what is exactly wrong with her, it could be a tumor, hernia, abscess or something else. She will be getting veterinarian care as soon as possible. To watch the video, click here.
Thank you all so much for your support that made this rescue mission possible. Our rescue team is still working at 1:30 am, and are exhausted. The horses will have their initial intake in a few hours and be transported to our shelter. Thanks again for your support!
