Auction Rescue Mission Soon!
Our rescue team is going to an auction on Tuesday March 23rd, and you can help rescue horses! Over 2,500 horses have been exported into Mexico for slaughter already this year. With your help we can save horses from that horrible fate. It costs approximately $1,000 to rescue a horse out of the slaughter pipeline, give the horse veterinarian care, quarantine, training and sheltering. Every month we rescue horses at auctions, saving as many horses as we can from continuing down the slaughter pipeline. We don’t know how many horses will be at the auction this month, usually, there are 75 – 100 that are sold to the highest bidder, no matter who they are. We are going to save as many of those horses as we can. No horse deserves to be dumped at an auction with no concern for its future, no horse deserves to be shipped out of the country for slaughter. We can change the lives of horses, but only with your help. Your donation will be used to rescue, shelter, and protect horses.
