A Letter From Our President

I want to thank you for your generosity and support in 2020, nearly 400 animals, mostly horses, were rescued, sheltered, and protected because of people just like you. These horses and other animals would have never had the opportunity to find a loving home if it wasn’t for your support in 2020. On their behalf, I would like to thank you for your help.

Just take a look at Baby Benjamin. We bought him at an auction where horses are sold for slaughter. He was only a few months old, a little orphan who was hungry, scared, and only weighed 90 pounds. We don’t know what happened to his mother but we knew he needed help.

We didn’t know if he was going to make it through but we did everything we could for him. We were so excited when his health started improving and we knew that he was going to make it.

Thanks to donations from supporters just like you, our veterinarians and staff did everything they could for little Benjamin. None of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for horse rescue heroes like yourself doing what you can to make a difference.

Baby Benjamin can’t say thank you, but I can! I am so grateful to people like you who help make stories like this possible for so many horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules.
