A Bond That Cannot Be Broken
Thunder and Dakota stole the spotlight with their heartwarming journey. These two longtime companions were up for adoption together, and we were thrilled to share that they found a loving home as a pair.
Watching them interact, playful, curious, and full of personality, was a reminder of the deep bonds horses can form.
Their new family will be welcoming not just one but two incredible horses, ensuring their friendship continues to flourish.
Evaluating and Caring for Every Horse
Our team also spent time with Luna, carefully evaluating her behavior and progress.
Horses rescued from auctions or difficult situations often need extra attention, and our evaluations ensure they are safe, happy, and ready for adoption.
Meanwhile, other horses were receiving much-needed farrier care to keep them comfortable and healthy.
A Decade of Dedication: Parsi’s Story
Parsi has been with Horse Plus for nearly a decade, having arrived as a tiny foal rescued from an auction. Over the years, he has grown into a cherished member of our family, participating in fundraising events and bringing joy to everyone around him.
Recently, Parsi found a new best friend in Bruno, a little rescued horse who perfectly complements his personality. Together they bring smiles and help maintain the balance of our pastures, proving that variety truly is the spice of life for both horses and the humans who love them.
Everyday Adventures at the Shelter
From muddy puddle mishaps to playful moments in the water, our horses remind us that joy can be found in the simplest things. Watching them explore, play, and interact with each other is a constant source of laughter and inspiration for our team.
